The Enrollment Process
Our enrollment cycle begins in December 2024 for the 2025-2026 school year.
If you want to join our wBees community for the 2025-2026 school year, please follow the steps below!
For the 2025-2026 school year, we are admitting…
children that turn 2 years by September 2025 for our toddler Seedlings class
children that turn 2 years by Oct./Nov. of 2025 will be considered for rolling admissions
children that are between ages 2.75 to 5 years in our Primary classrooms
We are currently fully enrolled for the 2024-2025 school year. Applications will be considered for the 2025-2026 school year.
STEP 1 - Tour with us
Our tour dates are as follows:
Virtual Tour - December 13th at 10 AM
In-Person Tour- December 14th - 10 AM (Seedlings 2s program) SOLD OUT
In-Person Tour- December 14th - 11:30PM (Seedlings 2s program) LIMITED SPOTS
In-Person Tour- December 14th - 1:30 PM (Primary 3-5 program)
Virtual Tour - January 9th - 8 PM
In-Person Tour- January 12th - 10AM (Seedlings 2s program) LIMITED SPOTS
In-Person Tour- January 12th - 11:30AM (Seedlings 2s program)
In-Person Tour- January 12th - 1:30 PM (Primary 3-5 program)
We recommend attending the virtual tour before the in-person tour. Tours are for adults only.
STEP 2 - Fill out the application
If you are ready to apply after learning about wBees through our virtual and/or in-person tours, you can fill out the application below.
Filling out an application is required to move onto steps 3 & 4.
Our Toddler Enrollment Application is for new students enrolling in our 2’s program for our toddler class.
Our Primary Enrollment Application is for new students enrolling in our mixed-age 2.75 to 5-year-old primary class.
Our Returning Student Enrollment Application is for returning students who are currently enrolled in wBees.
STEP 3 - Virtual 1-on-1s
This is an opportunity to meet with our administrative team to answer your questions, get to know your family, and share more about our philosophy. These are informal Zoom chats that will last 15 minutes. We encourage your child to be present as well!
This is required of all families that would like to apply.
Sign-ups will go live on December 1st. 1-on-1s will be held throughout the month of January.
STEP 4 - Small Group Playdates
Come visit our classrooms along with your child to observe them in our Montessori classrooms! These small group playdates will include a total of 4 prospective families. They will be held from 3:15 pm-4 pm, and we invite a maximum of two caregivers.
This is optional for all families.
Sign-ups will go live on December 1st. Small group playdates will be held throughout the month of January.
Our application process is not first come - first served and current families/siblings are prioritized. Tuition and schedules can be found on the applications. Our regular school day runs from 8:45 - 3pm with the option for early day drop-off starting at 8am and extended day pickup ending at 6pm. Our school year runs from September through June and we run a summer program for our families.
